Find information faster, use administrative knowledge securely with AI, and support employees with recurring tasks: At the Smart Country Convention 2026, taking place October 13–15 in Berlin, IntraFind—the specialist in enterprise search and artificial intelligence—will use concrete projects to demonstrate how government agencies can apply artificial intelligence in their day-to-day work. Visitors can find IntraFind in Hall 25 at Booth 224a.

Administrative knowledge is often scattered across various specialized applications, file repositories, documents, the intranet, and emails. At SCCON 2026, IntraFind will demonstrate how government agencies can access this information through a central AI platform. Employees can search for information across systems, ask questions in natural language, and receive answers and summaries with transparent source references. The platform takes existing access rights into account and ensures that employees receive only the information they are authorized to access.

Real-world projects as a blueprint for progress

The focus of the trade show presentation is on AI projects already implemented in public administration. IntraFind demonstrates which use cases have proven effective in practice and how to move successfully from pilot projects into day-to-day operations. Reusable best practices have emerged from experience gained across several successful projects, which other government agencies can build upon. This way, they do not have to start their AI projects from scratch. 

At SCCON, IntraFind will also demonstrate why the gradual integration of AI into existing administrative structures makes sense and how government agencies can iteratively expand their AI platforms: from intelligent search and question answering to summarization and AI agents that support employees in multi-step tasks. IntraFind will also explain on-site how agencies can develop their own AI applications and adapt them to agency-specific requirements. It is important that agencies always have the autonomy to decide where their data is stored and processed and where their applications are run. The platform can be deployed in an in-house data center, in a sovereign cloud, or in hybrid environments.

Insights from Real-World Public-Sector Projects

At the IntraFind booth, visitors can also expect a program of presentations offering practical insights into digital transformation and AI projects, with customers sharing their own experiences. Interested attendees can bring their own questions and use cases, learn about the secure use of AI and AI agents, and see the possibilities demonstrated through live demos.

“For government agencies, the key is not to introduce as many new AI tools as possible. What matters is that artificial intelligence provides tangible benefits for employees in their day-to-day work—for example, by making existing administrative knowledge more readily accessible and providing reliable answers based on the agency’s own information,” explains Franz Kögl, a member of IntraFind’s Executive Board.
