After his studies of electrical engineering and a postgraduate degree in industrial engineering, Franz Kögl worked for medium-sized IT companies for several years. In 2000 he founded IntraFind Software AG in Munich together with Bernhard Messer. The two owners developed the company into an established international software manufacturer for enterprise search and AI-based applications.
As a search expert, Franz Kögl regularly gives lectures and writes professional articles on topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cognitive search.

After several years in the field of software development and system consulting for medium-sized and large IT companies in Germany and abroad, Bernhard Messer founded IntraFind Software AG in Munich in 2000 with Franz Kögl. Together they developed the company into an established international software manufacturer for enterprise search and AI-based applications.

Today, Bernhard Messer plays a key role in charge of the further development of the successful iFinder enterprise search product line.

With decades of experience as founder, managing director, and supervisory board and advisory board member, Andreas Preen helps companies develop a working business strategy and set up the appropriate corporate structures and processes. Through his company Preen Unternehmensberatung, he currently works as a consultant, sparring partner, and coach for companies in the start-up phase, in fast growth phases, and in critical situations. In addition, he works as a start-up consultant at the Garching Center for Technology and Founders (“gate”).

Bastian M. Kochem has been working in the operational finance business for international corporations and banks for more than 20 years.

In his current position as Head of Global Treasury at Festo AG & Co. KG, he is responsible for all financial transactions of the Group. Festo is a world leader in automation technology and world market leader in technical education and training.

Oliver Wucher has been supporting companies in their digitalisation and further development for more than 25 years. He has been with the business and IT consultancy Q_PERIOR since 2007 and is responsible for the automotive and industry sector as a partner. In his professional career, Oliver Wucher has already built up several business areas and worked as CIO, among other things. He is also a member of the advisory board of a start-up and an investor.
Oliver Wucher holds degrees in computer science and Master of Business Administration (MBA) & Engineering. He is also a certified supervisory board member through the Board Academy.

Prof. Dr. Rudolf Haggenmüller has been involved in R&D and technology innovations his entire professional life. The mathematician and LMU professor headed, among others, the Research Institute for Applied Software Technology (FAST) and the research program ITEA. He has many years of experience in supporting IT founders and is now managing director of the Accelerator Community Unterschleißheim, an incubator for start-ups and fast growing enterprises in the field of digital transformation.
