In 2026, IntraFind will be exhibiting at KGSt-FORUM for the first time. We bring extensive experience from numerous digitalization projects in public administration at federal, state, and municipal level.

We will showcase AI-powered search, AI assistants, and chatbots “Made in Germany” that help public authorities find information faster, use generative AI securely, and relieve employees of time-consuming research, writing, and routine tasks.

Our open-source-based software solutions can be operated within an organization’s own IT infrastructure, meet high data protection requirements, and strengthen the digital sovereignty of public administration. Existing solutions and proven use cases can be reused and adapted to the requirements of other public authorities.

With our blueprint for public administration, we provide a tried-and-tested foundation for the secure and structured use of AI. IntraFind reference projects can also be found in the Marktplatz der KI-Möglichkeiten / Marketplace of AI Opportunities powered by the German Federal Ministry for Digital Transformation and Government Modernisation (BMDS).
